    01What it means

What changed on 3 Sep 2026

In Salesforce's words: "Core replaces Enterprise Edition, Advanced replaces Unlimited Edition, and Max replaces Agentforce 1 Edition." On the public price lists, Enterprise's $175 became Core's $195, +$20 (+11.4%); Unlimited's $350 became Advanced's $395, +$45 (+12.9%); Max kept Agentforce 1's $550.1

Each edition now includes Flex Credits: 500K per org per year with Core, 1M with Advanced and 2.75M with Max, up from Agentforce 1's 2.5M. At list, that is $2,500, $5,000 and $13,750 of credits a year (CALCULATED). They are per org, not per user, and do not roll over.1,4,5

Core also includes Premier Success, Slack Business+ and one Partial Copy sandbox per org, and Max includes the Agentforce add-on. Max is a "from" price: Financial Services Cloud Max lists at $700.2,3

Existing customers are not moved. Salesforce's announcement says "Existing customer pricing on legacy editions remains unchanged," and existing Agentforce 1 Edition customers can upgrade to Max at no extra cost. No end-of-sale date for the legacy editions has been published.1,4,6

Industry clouds list their own Core, Advanced and Max prices per user per month: Financial Services Cloud $325, $500 and $700, Health Cloud $350, $525 and $700 and Education Cloud $87, $131 and $363. Salesforce said they would take effect "later this fall" without a date; they were live on its pages by 25 Oct 2026.7,8

One gap matters for integrations: Salesforce hasn't published daily API allocations for Core, Advanced and Max. Its limits page still uses the legacy edition names: 100,000 calls per 24 hours, plus calls per license.9

    Frequently asked questions

What is Salesforce's new pricing for 2026?

Since 3 Sep 2026, Salesforce sells Core at $195, Advanced at $395 and Max from $550 per user per month, billed annually, with 500K, 1M and 2.75M Flex Credits per org per year included.1,3

What did Core, Advanced and Max replace?

Salesforce's pricing page: "Core replaces Enterprise Edition, Advanced replaces Unlimited Edition, and Max replaces Agentforce 1 Edition." Their last list prices were $175, $350 and from $550 per user per month.1,4,6

How much did Salesforce prices go up?

On the public list, +$20 (+11.4%) from Enterprise to Core and +$45 (+12.9%) from Unlimited to Advanced; Max kept Agentforce 1's $550. Core also includes 500K Flex Credits per org per year, $2,500 at list (CALCULATED).1,5

Do existing customers have to move to the new editions?

Not on Salesforce's published terms: "Existing customer pricing on legacy editions remains unchanged," and no end-of-sale date has been published. Existing Agentforce 1 Edition customers can upgrade to Max at no extra cost.1,4,6

How many Flex Credits do Core, Advanced and Max include?

Do the new editions change API limits?

Salesforce hasn't published daily API allocations for Core, Advanced and Max; its limits page still uses the legacy edition names. An org gets 100,000 calls per 24 hours, plus calls per license, plus any purchased add-ons.9
